Design your floor plan layout/choose your floorplan

Our specialized design team will work with you to customize your floor plan design layout to how you want your new home to be until you are satisfied with the floor plan

Stage 1: Understanding the project and setting the design

It all starts with a conversation. one of our consultants will get in contact with you, either via phone call or a zoom call or by email This is simply to get a better understanding of you, your needs and the project that you are looking at embarking on. (If you have a sketch of what you are thinking of, then that's a great start!). Every project is different, and so are it's design requirements, . We will discuss the costs with you then and there.

Stage 2: Design is conceptualization - our design team will optimize the layout/design, while always looking to balance the output and the manufacturing capabilities and costs. Then, you will receive notification for a catch up to review the design before moving through to stage 3. In the review, we will discuss designs and ball park costs.

Stage 3: Development & Pricing

After reviewing the design with you, we will go away and make final changes and have these approved before producing final drawings for our factories to review and price. There may be a bit of back and forward between stages 2 and 3, however, that is all part of the design process and finalizing a design you are 100% satisfied with.

Stage 4: Review & Sign the Dotted Line

At this point we will have completed pricing for the sign off design. This is a chance for us all to sit together and put the green tick on the project, sign the T&Cs, make the payment (required 60% deposit) and get your project build underway.

once completed which will be within a 6-10 week period it will be loaded on to the next available container ship and set on its way to nz once arriving after customs clears your cargo and the remaining 40% is payed the unit will be transported to an approved atf location to be unpacked and loaded on to a hiab truck dispatched to your location where it will be placed on your foundations .
